By renting from Tropical Bay Rentals LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
All renters must sign our digital liability waiver prior to receiving any equipment. Rentals are confirmed upon full payment. Prices are per bike and include delivery, pickup, a helmet, and a lock.
Renters must be 18 years of age or older. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has signed the waiver.
Renters are responsible for the e-bike during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair charges. Theft of the bike during the rental period is the renter's financial responsibility.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to severe weather, with a full refund or credit offered.
Renters agree to follow all applicable traffic laws, wear the provided helmet, and ride responsibly. Tropical Bay Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from the use of rented equipment.
